Impeccable written and verbal communication skills—at C1 CEFR or better.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual/Remote Worker, OR
At least 1 year of experience working with foreign businesses (US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.), OR
Experience working in the BPO industry with at least 6 months of Tier 1 (CSR, TSR, Sales) exposure AND at least 1 year in a support/supervisory role or higher.
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with CRMs, project management platforms, marketing platforms, page builders, etc., is not required but highly preferred.
Experience with client-facing communication and client management is not required but highly preferred.
